Track your order using the UPS or FedEx tracking number you receive once the package ships. The tracking sites are here: UPS FedEx

Orders received before 12pm Atlantic time typically ship out the same day or next business day. All orders placed after 12pm on are processed on the following business day. Orders placed past 12pm on Friday will be processed on the next business day.

We ship direct from our factory in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Shipping to residential addresses is through UPS or FedEx. P.O. Boxes and remote locations are shipped through Canada Post.

Expected Delivery Times

  • Shipping to the Maritimes, Quebec, and Ontario typically take from 3-5 days to deliver.
  • Shipping to Northern Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan typically takes from 5-10 days to deliver.
  • Shipping to Alberta and British Columbia can take up to 12 days to deliver.
